OCZ Technology Group, Inc. (Nasdaq:OCZ), a leading provider of high-performance solid-state drives (SSDs) and memory modules for computing devices and systems, will showcase the Company’s latest SSD solutions at the 2011 Consumer Electronics Show (CES) at the Aria Hotel in Las Vegas, Nevada.
OCZ Technology has just busted a trio of new solid state solutions here at CES, so we will not waste time getting started. Your first is oriented, the MLC-based vertex 3 Pro, which converges very fast interface to SATA 6 Gb / sec. We have heard that it was built with the next generation of sand of the controller, which leads to 80,000 IOPS approach and 550MB/sec transfer rate show. Until next is Vertex EX 3, which also uses an interface SATA 6 Gb / s, but based on flash memory SLC. He is also able to push a similar read speed (525MB/sec and write speeds are not too shabby either), with both the EX and Pro are available in capacities of 50 GB, 100 GB, 200 GB and 400 GB.
Finally, the third generation Z-Drive is officially presented, with the Z-Drive “R3″ PCI Express is the first SSD company sandwich group PCIe SSD drive. It is designed for Level 0 / 1 data applications, and offers a performance speed of 1 Gb / sec and 135,000 IOPS. Those with a ridiculously deep pockets to buy up to 1.2 TB of storage on board, but, unfortunately, does not serve OCZ MSRPs to one of these guys.
